1. Dream

Search through our range of designer plans which are all customizable to suit your land, location and lifestyle.

Make a wish list of your build requirements and the budget you have in mind, Darren can then make sure this achievable.

2. Design

Have a sit down with Darren, discuss budgets, time frames, materials, ideas & build requirements. If you have purchased land or have a site in mind we can meet your there.

Our expert team then can start the process with concept plans. Our architect works closely with you during the process to achieve your dreams.

3. Plan

Once plans are approved we can then finalise pricing, contracts & a timeline.

After the design phase is completed we are then able to put the plans in for consent with the local council.
